Do you ever have one of those lazy days where you got home from a long day of work and you are not bothered to spend so long to cook something? Then forget about unhealthy food in the evenings or microwave food! You still can have some delicious meals without too much hassle and time spent on cooking! Spaghetti carbonara is a rich and creamy sauce mix with black pepper, parsley and oregano for a quick and tasty pasta dish. Top up your meal with a glass of wine and your evening is perfect already! Honestly, what can be more easier and faster then the variety of pasta dishes you can make! Especially with the help of already made mixtures and sauces, all you need to do is boil the pasta! 

Not really a usual of post of mine on Bridge of Memories, but I though I would share some lifestyle content and recipes that saved my busy days. It is sometimes hard to balance good meal and all nutrition, especially when you are working full time, but it is always important to spent some time to take care of your body. 

Recipe: Spaghetti Carbonara*

Recipe: Spaghetti Carbonara*

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4 dishes

What you need:
- 225 gram (8 ounce) bacon, chopped
- 50 gram (2 ounce) mushrooms, sliced
- 1 sachet Spaghetti Carbonara from Schwartz (you can get it in any major retailers, like Tesco)
- 450 millilitre (¾ pint) milk
- 275 gram (10 ounce) spaghetti, cooked and drained

Process:
1. Fry the bacon until golden and then add the mushrooms and fry for another 1-2 minutes. (you may add other ingredients if you wish, like onion or vegetables)
2. Blend the sachet contents with the milk.
3. Pour the mixture together with the bacon and mushrooms and bring to the boil, stirring.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
