Tenerife is the largest of Spain’s Canary Islands, off West Africa. It's dominated by Mt. Teide, a dormant volcano that is Spain's tallest peak. While the eight Canary Islands make up the archipelago west of Morocco’s Atlantic coast, each island has its own distinct charm, character and appeal. Tenerife have everything to tailor to any visitors. From water sports, including popular surfing, mountain hiking to black and golden sandy beaches.

WHAT TO DO & SEE

Mount Teide
Mount Teide, is a volcano on Tenerife in the Canary Islands, Spain. Its summit is the highest point in Spain and the highest point above sea level in the islands of the Atlantic. You can get a cable car that provides the easiest way to get up to the peak of El Teide. The views are great if it is not a too cloudy day. Make sure to book your tickets in advance, as they only accept online bookings, so you will not be able to get your tickets at the spot. The whole Teide Natural park is magical with so many beautiful viewpoints and natural landscapes around. That is why I think the cable car is not fully worth taking.
