Autumn is a season of colours, pumpkin spices, cozy sweaters and the thoughts on Halloween and upcoming Christmas.
Whether you hate or love this season, it bring so many colours and joy to the nature and streets around. The day is becoming shorter and nights longer. Hence we should enjoy the day light and autumn walks as much as we can during the day. Here are my top 10 places for great autumn walks as well as picture perfect snaps around the London. Catch the autumn vibes before Christmas mood hits you!
1. Covent Garden
Apparently the Europe's largest pumpkin make its appearance in a Covent Garden market. The large pumpkin, accompanies by 150 smaller ones have been growing in Hampshire and took 110 days to grow it!
2. Dalloway Terrace
A restaurant located in Bloomsbury is pretty with its outdoor terrace which changes its decoration every season. Since it is autumn, you will be surrounded by many leaves and it will leave you feel like you are under a clear sky in the forest.
3. Dominique Ansel bakery
Located not too far from Peggy Porschen bakery which is already famous on Instagram for its pink interior and pretty doorway decoration. Whereas, Dominique Ansel bakery is located few steps away, it offers also variety of tasty desserts or afternoon tea sessions in their outdoor garden. While stepping to the bakery, you will be welcomed by a beautiful leaves arch to signify the autumn season.
4. Kynance mews
Probably the most instagrammable mews from West London. The beautiful arch to its mews is always naturally decorated by flowers and leaves. In fact, go and explore many of pretty mews of West London.
5. Hampstead Heath
London's most popular open green space located up North. No wonder that this magical place is full of stunning Autumn scenery.
6. Sketch
A Mayfair destination for high class dining and afternoon tea. You may already heard about Sketch or seen its funky toilet photos. This time, Sketch has upgraded its Instagrammable bathrooms with pumpkin decoration! See it yourself.
7. The Ivy Chelsea Garden
The British restaurant with art-filled space and gardens is known for beautiful flower facades. Especially the one in Chelsea will always surprise you with its beautiful facades!
8. Regent's Park
One of the royal parks in London located not far away from Westminster and Camden. Here you will find not only Regent's university, but also London ZOO.
9. St Jame's Park
Beautiful park located nearby Green Park and Buckingham Palace will give you great feeling of Autumn while strolling around its lakes.
10. Richmond park
Also named as Deer Park is the largest London's Royal Park and it is located in the borough of Richmond upon Thames.
