My 2017 resolution was to travel every month and I guess same resolution applies to 2018 again! I enjoy having weekend breaks and discovering new or old places. Travelling is such a great pleasure for me that I am getting anxious if I haven't been out discovering places for long time.

Portugal, Porto
Porto is a coastal city in northwest of Portugal known for its bridges and wine. Porto is Portugal's second largest town after Lisbon. The old town, centered at Ribeira was build on the hills overlooking the Duoro River and today it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Thi city's age-old city with an industrial touch has many narrow cobbled streets, merchan'ts houses and cafes. Lisbon is pretty through its colourful buildings and patterns. Porto is definitely worth of visit for more then a good wine.
Spain, Canary Islands
Visit Canary Islands for more then just a recreation on the beach. Looming volcanoes, prehistoric natural sites, mesmerising landscapes or miles of sandy Sahara-style dunes. There is much more to discover on the Canaries. Canary Island are Spanish islands located on the Atlantic Ocean, 100 km west of Morocco. The seven main islands under Canaries are Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro.
Italy, Cinque Terre
Cinque Terre is centuries-old seaside village on the Italian Riviera, close to Pisa. Nowadays, it is under UNESCO World Heritage Site. Cinque Terre is an area of 5 villages with colourful houses, steep terraces or harbors filled with fishing boats. It is considered as a romantic coastline with iconic highlights of villages, which includes: Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, Monterosso, Riomaggiore. It is suggested that day trip to there is not enough, allow like 3-4 days to discover all villages in here.
Sweden, Stockholm
Stockholm is cultural, media, political and economic capital centre of Sweden. The city itself carries a name as "the beauty on water", because the city stretches across 14 islands where Lake Malaren flows into the Baltic Sea. Just outside of the city, you can go for trips to the nordic nature or other cities such as Malmo or Goteborg.
Latvia, Riga
Riga is Latvia's capital located near Baltic Sea at the mouth of the river Daugava. One of the three Baltic Sea countries that is being always overlooked is known for its medieval Old Town, wooden buildings and art nouveau architecture. Did you also know that a short drive from the city you can get to Jurmala, a sea resort with stunning white sand beaches?
Cuba, Havana
Spanish colonial architecture in its 16th century and old fashion vehicles on the streets, that is a vision of Cuba's capital city. Old Havana brings a vibrant architectural mix as well as a different culture immersion. Havana city can be divided or described into three sections: Old Havana, Vedado and the new suburban district. Travelling beyond Havana is also a must do while you are there. Discover the tobacco, the villages, beaches and nature around.
Turkey, Istanbul
Istanbul is a place describe as where the magic meets the East and West. Istanbul is a major city in Turkey that sits in the middle of Europe and Asia border across the Bosphorus Strait. Its Old City reflects the cultural influences, differences and highlights the empires that once ruled here. The colours, spices, mosaics and variety of culture will make your eye and heart open in here. Did you also knew that Constantinople in 330 CE is an imperial capital for almost 16 centuries during Roman/Byzantine and it is located where Istanbul currently is?
Vietnam
Vietnam is a magical country in Southeast Asia on South China Sea. It is known for its beachers, river, Buddhist pagodas, Ha Long bay as well as the yummy Vietnamese cuisine.
Vietnam is beautiful as a whole and can have lots to offer. Depending on what you are looking for and what is your time frame. Hanoi, the capital brings the cultural and historical icons of Communist-era. On the other hand, Ho Chi Minh city known as Saigon has much multicultural and metropolitan vibe. With French colonial landmarks and modern buidlings.

Phnom Penh is a capital city, it is a home to the art deco Central Market, Royal Palace as well as various museums and exhibits. The country's well known Angkor Wat is located in the northwest of the capital and it is a massive stone temple complex built during the Khmer Empire. Again, the country brings variety of landscapes and scenery for different taste.
